We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and related construction skills. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality installation of flooring materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking for installers for new construction.
Duties
Install Vinyl, and or Carpet.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.
Execute trim carpentry tasks for finishing touches on flooring installations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site to promote safety and efficiency.
Demonstrate proficiency in concrete finishing when necessary for specific flooring applications.
Provide floor care services post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields.
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols.
Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to flooring installation.
Experience in carpentry, including cabinet installation and trim work.
Knowledge of restoration processes within the restoration industry is a plus.
Ability to perform construction painting as part of finishing work on projects.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
