Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Autumn Breeze Healthcare Center in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility's floors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform routine floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping and buffing. Ensure all floor areas are clean and free of hazards. Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed throughout the facility. Maintain equipment used for floor care and report any maintenance issues. Follow safety protocols and environmental service standard

Requirements

Proven experience in floor care or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
