Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and dependable

Flooring Technicians/Installers

to join our team of craftsmen. The ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of epoxy and concrete flooring systems,

with concrete experience being a must

, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in delivering superior results that exceed client expectations.

Core Responsibilities

Installation & Application

Execute comprehensive flooring projects from initial preparation through final installation, including grinding, coating, resurfacing, polishing, joint sealing, patching, and repairs Apply coating systems and finishes with precision to achieve flawless results Mix and match materials to exact specifications while maintaining accurate usage tracking

Technical Operations

Safely operate specialized equipment including floor grinders, hand tools, automated machinery, and shop vacuums Perform surface preparation using diamond grinders and mechanical methods to ensure optimal concrete readiness Calculate material quantities, labor requirements, and equipment needs for efficient project execution

Project Management

Analyze project scope and develop resource allocation strategies Maintain organized work sites with proper setup of mixing areas and material organization Load, unload, and maintain work vehicles and equipment to company standards

Quality Assurance

Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship on every project Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through professional execution and communication Maintain clean, safe work environments and perform regular equipment maintenance

Technical Expertise

Concrete experience is required

- proven background in concrete work is essential Proven experience installing resinous and decorative flooring systems, self-leveling mortars, and trowel-down applications Proficiency in surface preparation techniques using mechanical methods and diamond grinding equipment Strong understanding of flooring equipment, chemical applications, and installation processes Precision in measuring and working with exact material ratios

Valid, clean Florida driver's license required

Physical Capabilities

Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 70 pounds Comfort performing repetitive motions including reaching, bending, and stooping Stamina to perform physical labor in varying environmental conditions for 8-10 hour shifts
