Floor Tech / Painter
Job Description
LaGrange Care Center is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position as a Floor Tech and Painter.
2 years of experience preferred as a Floor Tech, however, we are willing to train in that area. Painting experience is required.
Floor Tech will be responsible for the upkeep of facility floors to include common areas, focus rooms and resident rooms. Floors are to be stripped and waxed on a schedule to maintain cleanliness and shine.
As a painter, the responsibility will be to assist with special projects, routine painting of the interior of the facility and touch painting as needed.
We are looking for an individual with excellent work ethic, who exhibits intergrity and the willingness to learn and to be coached.
This is a full-time position and will report directly to the Maintenance Director.
