Position Details:

Location: Multiple sites across the area



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM



Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week



Pay Rate: $20.00/hour



Position Type: Full-time, Night Shift

What You'll Do

As a Floor Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, restoring, and protecting a wide variety of flooring surfaces.



Perform floor care services including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and polishing



Clean and maintain carpeted floors through extraction and spot treatment



Operate and maintain floor care equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, extractors)



Use chemicals safely and according to training and manufacturer guidelines



Inspect floors and identify areas needing specialized care



Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently



Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We Need from You

Requirements:

At least 21 years old [23 for driving (floater) positions.]



Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.



E-Verify clearance.



Rock-solid reliability and punctuality.
