Job Summary Details:

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept flooring throughout the warehouse. This role involves operating floor-care equipment, performing routine cleaning, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Location: 22205 E 19TH AVE. AURORA, CO 80019

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 5am - 3:30pm

Payrate: $17.75 Hourly

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older No experience required and on the job training provided No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service experience 1 year of similar work experience

Key Responsibilities

Operate floor-care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.

Strip, wax, and polish hard-surface floors as needed.

Inspect floors for damage or hazards and report issues promptly.

Remove debris, spills, and obstructions to maintain a safe work environment.

Assist with light maintenance tasks related to flooring.

Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.





Qualifications

Previous experience in floor care or janitorial work is a plus.

Ability to operate floor-cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.





Work Environment


Large warehouse setting with heavy equipment and high traffic.

Requires standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

May involve working around moving machinery and at varying temperatures.
