is an Omakase restaurant located in the Upper West Side of New York City.
We strive to deliver the best Omakase experience to our neighborhood guests.
Our staff are expected to maintain a professional attitude while serving multi-course meals.
We welcome applicants who are eager to learn about Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette.

Responsibilities

Understand and explain menu items to guests Prepare and serve different types of drinks in a professional manner Manage time effectively and stay attentive throughout service Assist customers with reservations (phone and email communication) Support chefs and other staff members as needed Provide excellent customer service with professionalism toward guests and co-workers Perform general cleaning duties Handle multiple tasks as directed by the head chef Listen attentively and respond appropriately
Qualifications

Japanese language ability required

No prior experience necessary, but preferred

Sunday

: 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

: 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Friday & Saturday

: 5:45 pm - 11:15 pm

Workdays

: 3-4 days per week
