Responsibilities
Understand and explain menu items to guests
Prepare and serve different types of drinks in a professional manner
Manage time effectively and stay attentive throughout service
Assist customers with reservations (phone and email communication)
Support chefs and other staff members as needed
Provide excellent customer service with professionalism toward guests and co-workers
Perform general cleaning duties
Handle multiple tasks as directed by the head chef
Listen attentively and respond appropriately
Qualifications
Japanese language ability required
No prior experience necessary, but preferred

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
: 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday & Saturday
: 5:45 pm - 11:15 pm
