Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts.
Oversee food preparation, food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Manage POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations to promote team growth and excellence.
Monitor inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with safety standards.
Assist with food production, catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as required.
Support budgeting efforts and contribute to overall restaurant management strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
Prior experience in casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training & development, team management, and supervising diverse teams.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; experience with food handling and sanitation practices.
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and operational efficiency effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interview, train new staff, and resolve conflicts professionally.
Hospitality management background including hotel or catering experience is a plus.
