Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics and Ninja is the East Valleys leading Gymnastics and Ninja facility for kids ages 1-18 years old. We've been in business 27 years with 3 locations. We are a family owned facility that loves the family bond with our staff and our customers!

Arizona Dynamics Gymnastics and Ninja is currently hiring for a Floor Manager for our Chandler Facility.

Requirements

Must have HS diploma Must have 2+ years of

MANAGEMENT

experience Basic computer skills Good communication Able to lead a team in a positive but high expectation atmosphere TOP NOTCH customer service is a MUST Gymnastics, Cheer, Tumbling, Dance or Ninja experience is not required but a plus!
On Job Duties (to include but are not limited to)

Parent communication During shift supervision of all staff Working directly with the Front Office Manager to ensure both front of house and back of house are functioning efficiently Front office knowledge
Schedule will be

Monday-Thursday 2:00PM-8:45PM Friday 3:00-7:00 Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm
