Floor Care Specialist
Job Description
For the past 15 years, Permatect has led the industry providing hard surface restoration to high-traffic flooring in healthcare facilities nationwide.
Permatect's key focus is restoring the appearance and functionality of flooring in public spaces. This includes terrazzo flooring, tile & grout flooring and the ongoing maintenance of these systems.
This job's focus will be removing all wax coatings from surfaces, and polishing the stone floor underneath the coatings. These processes will be achieved with chemical and mechanical floor stripping techniques and equipment.
The other primary focus of the job is to restore the tile and grout in public restrooms. Using machinery and chemicals, we are able to bring the floor back to a like new state.
40 hour work weeks with over time options (time and a half). Night work (After 3pm), and weekends. Days off will be during the week.

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
