We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented,

bilingual Floating Property Manager

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with potential and current residents. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to upselling, and a solid understanding of real estate administrative tasks.

Tomball, Cypress, Spring Branch area 610 North/290/I-10 W.

Duties

Must be able to follow up on leads, set appointments, tour apartments, close the application across small complex in Tomball, Houston, Cypress, Spring Branch. Some remote work. Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing information on available units, amenities, and leasing terms. Conduct property tours and showcase features that meet the needs of potential residents. Manage lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately. Able to collect outstanding balances due. Utilize Entrata software for managing tenant information, contracts, and property listings. Engage in upselling strategies to promote additional services or upgrades to enhance tenant satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to foster long-term relationships with residents. Collaborate with facilities management to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.

No invoice data entry, AP, and no financials are required of this position.

Experience

Previous experience in Property Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred in apartments.

Familiarity with Entrata

Strong sales skills with a proven track record of upselling services or products. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and contracts efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. A background in customer relationship management is beneficial for building rapport with tenants. RingCentral knowledge a plus. Must be an English/Spanish speaker.
