Floater/assistant Teacher

We are seeking a Floater Teacher to join our team and support our classrooms across multiple locations. Responsibilities:
Provide support to classroom teachers by covering breaks and assisting with daily activities.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.
Adapt to different age groups and classroom settings as needed.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
Assist in implementing curriculum and activities to promote child development.
Qualifications:
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or willingness to obtain one (we cover certification costs!).
Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple classrooms and age groups.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development.
