Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Floater Teacher to join our team. The Floater Teacher will assist in various classrooms, providing support to lead teachers and helping ensure smooth daily operations. This full-time position offers consistent hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30-6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead and assistant teachers in infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed. Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and meal times. Follow classroom schedules and assist with transitions between activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Maintain a clean and organized environment in classrooms and common areas.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing situations and support multiple classrooms. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
