Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
- Provide support and assistance to students in their learning and development.
- Provide care and supervision for Infants to 6 years of age in an Early Childcare setting.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to plan and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Support students' social-emotional development through positive interactions.

Experience:
- 6 months of previous experience working with Infants to 6 years of age is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in daycare or early childhood education settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
