What We're Looking For

We're seeking dependable, motivated, and caring individuals who share our passion for early education and child development.

Our ideal candidates have:

A genuine love for working with children

A desire to make a positive impact every day

A strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude

CPR Certification (preferred)

Experience in childcare or early education (preferred)

Child Development Associate (CDA) or similar credential (preferred)

If you're new to childcare or still earning your certifications, we provide training and guidance to help you grow within your role.

Responsibilities

Work weekday shifts between 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Create a safe, engaging, and educational classroom environment

Plan and implement lesson activities that promote learning through play and exploration

Build positive, professional relationships with families and coworkers

Supervise and assist with meals, snacks, and rest time

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom

Stay physically active throughout the day -- bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and engaging with children at their level

Participate in ongoing professional training, including at least 12 hours of annual continuing education
