Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and flexible

Floater Full-Time Cleaner

to support multiple client sites across the islands. In this role, you will fill in as needed to ensure different facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Primary Duties

Clean and restock restrooms Sweep and mop floors Vacuum rugs and carpets Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Empty trash bins and replace liners Refill supplies in assigned areas Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures Ensure all spaces meet IFSH's quality standards

Minimum Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Able to pass a background check Reliable, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Strong time-management skills Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Comfortable working independently or with a team Neat, clean, and professional appearance Strong communication skills Open to learning new cleaning techniques and equipment No experience required--training provided for motivated applicants
