Position Overview

We are looking for a

Floater Full-Time Cleaner

who is dependable, flexible, and dedicated to keeping various client locations clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and is comfortable working both independently and with others.

As a Floater, you will support multiple sites across the islands, stepping in where needed to help maintain IFSH's high cleaning and customer service standards.

Primary Duties

Clean and restock restrooms Sweep, mop, and maintain floor surfaces Vacuum carpets and rugs Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Refill cleaning and restroom supplies Follow all cleaning and safety protocols Ensure all assigned areas meet company quality standards

Minimum Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States Minimum age: 18 years old High school diploma or GED Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings Ability to pass a background check Reliable, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Dependable and detail-oriented Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented Able to work independently or with a team Neat and professional personal appearance Good communication skills Willing to learn new cleaning methods and equipment No prior cleaning experience required--training provided for motivated individuals
