Job Summary

In the absence of the Site Coordinator, The Floater is responsible for all Boys & Girls Club programming and staff that works for the Boys & Girls Clubs on site. In addition, the Floater directs and manages overall daily operations of the Club with primary concern for program and service delivery, and supervision of staff.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Work with staff to carry out programs. Exercise authority in problems relating to members; utilize guidance and discipline plan. Ensure the alignment and integration of all programming with the principal's vision, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central New Mexico goals, and extended school-day curricula. Participate in capacity-building activities including training, network meetings and study visits. Develop and maintain an understanding of both school and Boys & Girls Club policies and procedures. Assume other duties as assigned.

Establish Site or School programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and create a club environment that facilitates achievement of Youth Development Outcomes. * Create and foster a healthy and safe environment, ensuring facilities, equipment and supplies are maintained.
