Position: Flight Operations/International Trip Support Specialist We are looking for positive, hard-working professionals with a passion for aviation and customer service, who are looking to take the next step in their careers. This role is responsible for requesting and confirming ground handling services, ground transportation, catering, hotel accommodations, landing and overflight permits, as well as confirming fuel arrangements. You will be the first line of contact with pilots flying international trips, and will be responsible for ensuring all of their requests are completed and delivered on time. Required Skills:

• Ability to provide great customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of world geography
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Proficient at multi-tasking
• Familiarity with Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Reader
• Strong technical knowledge to be able to use multiple software applications to perform the job
• International aviation experience is preferred

Our shifts are 12 hours long and rotate 4-days on 4-days off, so you must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays (as the schedule dictates).
