Join the team as a Flexographic Press Operator with experience in flexographic printing, where you'll play a key role in the operation of high-quality printing presses to meet production standards.
This is a full-time position. 9: 30PM-6: 00AM. Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate a Mark Andy 16" - 20" flexographic press.
• Install Anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies into the proper stations, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality production.
• Notify supervision of needed repairs and replacement parts.
• Deliver finished materials to MFG areas as required.
• Ensure that assigned equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.
• Understand all documents related to the printing process and adhere to specification requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills.
• At least 1-3 years of FLEXO PRINTING related experience with the ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must meet or exceed the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must be able to maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to work any shift.
