WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Transportation and logistics setting - managing OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers and fleet operations across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage up to

25-30 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers

operating nationwide. Promote safety culture and

conduct regular safety meetings

for the team. Handle

safety incidents and transportation-related incidents

promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the

Central Routing Group

to optimize driver routes and schedules. Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams. Oversee

call-ins

and provide accurate

ETA updates

to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities. Manage

truck maintenance and breakdowns

for all assets within the group.

Interview and hire OTR drivers

as needed to maintain staffing levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

2+ years of experience

in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations. Strong knowledge of

driver management and DOT compliance

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred. High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus. CDL A or B license preferred.
