Flying Eagle Express has been a leader in refrigerated transportation services in Wisconsin for over 60 years, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and a favorable work culture that promotes teamwork.

Our company is seeking an individual with a strong background in dispatching to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of managing fleets, customers, and company drivers. In addition, we are looking for a candidate that will be a team player that possesses superb communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, managerial characteristics, and most importantly the willingness to learn and grow with the team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Logistics to ensure clients are receiving their products in a timely manner and drivers are managed in an efficient capacity.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process orders from customers Effectively assign daily dispatch tasks to drivers Manage and schedule freight appointments Manage any potential equipment malfunctions with the fleet maintenance team Review weekly capacity and plan trucks accordingly
