We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and providing consultative fleet solutions that deliver real value to our clients.
Position Overview
The Account Executive is an outside sales role responsible for expanding our lease portfolio by developing and closing new business opportunities. You will target companies that operate vehicle fleets and demonstrate the value of our comprehensive fleet management services -- including acquisition, maintenance, licensing, and remarketing. This is an active, community-facing position that requires prospecting, cold calling, networking, and conducting in-person meetings with business owners and key decision-makers. The opportunity for growth in this position is significant, with nearly unlimited income potential. Our top performers earn six figures within their second to third year.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build relationships with decision-makers and conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations
Understand client needs and develop tailored fleet management solutions
Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing and onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth implementation
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of successful B2B or outside sales experience (consultative or solution-based)
Examples: cold-calling, lead generation, commissioned, or C-level sales (Retail/B2C sales experience does not qualify)
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 5 years
No DUI/DWI or similar violations within the last 5 years
Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Automotive or fleet industry experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $84,000-$92,000 per year (base + anticipated commissions)
