StrawHat Logistics is a top-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) serving the Indiana market. We operate a growing fleet of delivery vans and are looking for a detail-driven, process-oriented Fleet & Maintenance Supervisor to own the safety, readiness, and reliability of our fleet.

This is a

mission-critical

role that directly impacts daily operations, safety, and profitability.

ResponsibilitiesDaily Fleet Operations



Own and maintain 100% accuracy on the fleet tracker every day Inspect fleet conditions and monitor for new issues Deliver the Daily Morning Fleet Report by 8 AM Confirm night-shift documentation and van readiness

Repair & Vendor Management



Schedule and coordinate all repairs and preventative maintenance Track repair timelines and ensure fast vendor turnaround Manage relationships with repair shops and escalate delays Verify completed repairs and update records in real time

Documentation & Compliance



Maintain repair logs, receipts, service history, and compliance records Document all fleet issues in required systems Enforce driver reporting, damage documentation, and safety standards Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times

Operational Communication



Coordinate van availability with dispatch Ensure key management accuracy and control Track part delays, vendor estimates, and repair SLAs Own all communication related to down vans and repair progress

Preventative Maintenance



Maintain a preventative maintenance calendar for the entire fleet Schedule service proactively based on mileage and performance Prevent breakdowns and minimize fleet downtime

Requirements



Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline Excellent documentation and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with vendors and scheduling repairs Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Computer proficiency (Google Sheets, email, spreadsheets) Reliable, consistent, and accountable work habits Ability to work independently without supervision Prior experience in service advising, fleet management, logistics, dispatch, or automotive coordination is a

major plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,240.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Do you have at least 2 years of experience in fleet coordination, service advising, automotive repair coordination, dispatch, or similar? Are you able to work Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM? Do you have strong written communication skills and experience documenting technical or operational information? Are you comfortable coordinating repairs, calling vendors, and following up until completion? Are you willing to complete a fleet accuracy and documentation test as part of the interview process? Do you have a valid driver's license with a clean record?
