Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of cars and trucks while maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, ensuring optimal routing and timely deliveries. Utilize GPS and GIS technology to track Tows and provide real-time updates to clients and drivers. Communicate effectively with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery schedules, addressing any issues that may arise during transit. Assist in transportation planning by analyzing routes, costs, and delivery timelines to improve operational efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in GPS technology for tracking tows. Experience in transportation planning and management is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, drivers, and clients. Ability to type efficiently for accurate data entry and record keeping. Experience with Field services systems is advantageous.
