Needs:

We are looking for someone that is looking for just a small part time gig. Mostly working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for around 4 hours each day and then an occasional evening shift and occasional time to fill in. The role could expand as we grow or it could stay the same if that is what fits best for you.

Responsibilities:

Candidates interested in joining our passionate team should be ready to succeed in the following key areas:

Driving Membership Sales:

Confidently meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals, introducing new individuals to the benefits of unlimited recovery at Kuul.

Providing Outstanding Member Experience:

Deliver a consistently friendly and customer-focused approach, getting to know our members by name. Encourage and assist them in making the most of their recovery routines, helping them achieve their personal wellness and performance goals.

Promoting the Kuul Brand:

Actively represent Kuul Recovery Club in the community through in-studio interactions and, occasionally, local outreach efforts (phone, text, email, local events) to attract prospective members.

Maintaining Studio Excellence:

Perform various tasks to ensure the club functions perfectly, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting low-light environment for all members.

Striving for Excellence:

Always aim for 5-star experiences, encouraging positive online reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms.

The three main roles of a Recovery Coach are to help the team achieve the following:

Membership Growth:

We want to expand our Kuul family by getting more people into the club to start or continue their recovery journey.

Member Retention:

Help our members have a consistently positive experience, ensuring they feel valued and see consistent results, helping them stay engaged for the long term.

Studio Operations:

Ensure our state-of-the-art facility functions perfectly, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our ideal candidate:

Has a

friendly and customer-focused

, eager to build relationships with members. You possess a strong willingness to learn new systems (including light cleaning duties) and are motivated by the opportunity to

drive sales and earn commission

. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we're looking for enthusiastic team players who thrive in an active environment!

Our competitive compensation package includes:

Competitive Hourly Pay:

Starts at

$13.00 per hour

Rewarding Commission:

Earn a flat rate commission per new membership sold (e.g., $10-$20 per sale, tiered by membership level).

Ongoing Residual Income:

Build your monthly earnings with an additional $3/month for every member you sign up who stays active.
