Reporting to the Regional Fitness Manager, the Fitness Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group program (PE@PF) while supporting the club manager to drive member retention and club revenue. This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct and run the PE@PF program: This requires fitness consultations and introducing members to the benefit of our program Assist members on the gym floor with proper use of equipment and engage to peak interest in PE@PF program Assist club staff in maintaining cleanliness of club. This includes: 30 minute circuit room, PF 360 area and continuous racking/re-rack of weights as needed As needed support for front desk (e.g.- check-in members, club tours, info calls and greeting) Maintain participation log of each facilitated class to monitor PE@PF program performance Maintain accredited certifications throughout employment: Personal Training and CPR Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed

Must be able to stand for long periods of time Reach and feel with hands, fingers, and arms 75% of shift Talk with members and staff Regular bending and squatting Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 100 pounds
