What You'll Do

As a Fitness Specialist, you'll lead

aquatic-based group classes

designed to enhance physical, mental, and cognitive wellness. With your creativity and compassion, you'll make fitness fun, safe, and accessible for participants of all ability levels.

Lead engaging aquatic fitness classes weekly Design safe, effective, and inclusive workouts Support clients' well-being through motivation and encouragement Foster a welcoming, community-centered atmosphere Be a true

What We're Looking For

Active certification from a

NCCA-accredited program

for Group Fitness and/oractive certification specific to the specialty class you'll be teaching Active

CPR/AED certification

via a live assessment Previous experience working with seniors is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals Commitment to positively representing

What We Offer

Qualifications:
An active certification from a NCCA accredited program for Group Fitness and/or active certification specific to the specialty group class you will be teaching. Active CPR/AED certification via a live assessment is required. Previous experience working with seniors is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Strives to positively represent AgeSTRONG in the community.
