!!!!The role of Fitness Sales Staff is 100% Sales and Marketing. We provide everything needed to execute the duties of the job at a high level, including daily sales training and fitness-related product knowledge. We also reward hard work and results, so high performers are fast tracked into sales management positions. Responsibilities:
Help prospective members get started on a membership by building value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge of fitness; and, Make calls to Guests that are interested in the gym and have them come in for a tour to help them get started on a membership; and, Be able to generate your own leads through outside and inside marketing to help produce new memberships; and, Build value to Guests of having a Personal Trainer and then helping them get started on a Personal Training Program to enhance the success of their own fitness goals; and, Help keep the gym clean for your own gym tours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,750.00 - $3,750.00 per month
