We are seeking a

Fitness Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads via phone, text, email, and walk-ins Conduct consultations, and membership sales meetings Perform daily administrative tasks including answering calls, data entry, and appointment scheduling Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up through our CRM system Build positive relationships with new and existing members Assist with event coordination, promotions, and member engagement Support coaches and staff to ensure a high-level member experience Represent the gym with professionalism, energy, and a community-centered mindset

Qualifications

Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities at once Basic knowledge of fitness, boxing, or training environments (preferred) Sales or customer service experience (preferred) Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and data entry Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Training is provided.

This is a full time position - Salary $35,000 - $40,000 per year based on experience plus Free Fitness Training.
