Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Director to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to motivate and guide clients towards achieving their fitness goals. As an FD, you will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, selling personal training and providing ongoing support the team in a gym or health club setting.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current physical condition. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety. Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Promote personal training services within the gym or health club to attract new clients.
Experience
Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred. Background in physical education or sports coaching is advantageous. Familiarity with fitness sales techniques will be considered a plus. Previous experience working in a gym or health club environment is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
