LA Fitness, a leading fitness and sports club chain, is seeking a qualified Fitness Club Operations Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a motivating work environment, competitive pay, and complimentary gym membership.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to members and promptly resolve escalated issues.
Meet and exceed revenue goals while maintaining high customer service standards. Updating past due accounts and renewing yearly paid in full accounts.
Ensure the facility is friendly, clean, and well-maintained to enhance the member experience.
Oversee a staff of front desk employees and cleaning personnel, make/audit schedules, hire/train/manage all direct reports from onboarding to termination.
Requirements:
Four-year college degree and/or equivalent management experience
Experience in retail, food, or hospitality is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills with internal and external contacts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Courteous, tactful, and highly organized.
Exceptional telephone skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9 AM to 6 PM
Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
