Chevy Chase Club is seeking a dedicated and reliable Fitness Center Houseman to join our Housekeeping team. This role plays a key part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the Fitness Center for our members, guests, and staff.

Schedule

Part-Time PM Shift, Wednesday ? Saturday, 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Summary

The Fitness Center Houseman ensures all assigned areas of the Fitness Center and Golf Course are clean, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards. This is a great role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys supporting a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas Keep fitness floors, stretching spaces, and hallways neat and organized Restock towels, paper products, and amenities Assist with set-up and breakdown of spaces when needed Ensure all areas meet housekeeping and sanitation standards Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Provide courteous and professional service consistent with our P.R.I.D.E. values

Qualifications

Some housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 25?50 lbs.) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Friendly, professional attitude; teamwork-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

$18.50 per hour (non-exempt) Weekly pay and free parking Free meal per shift Sick Leave
