Are you a hands-on leader with strong warehouse experience? Do you excel at managing teams and ensuring efficient operations? Precision Lumping Services is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our container unloading operations and hourly workers at one of our warehouse locations.

About Us:

We specialize in unloading containers efficiently with production-based lumpers, helping warehouses save time and money. Our teams include hourly workers operating on MODs, pickers, forklift operators, reach truck drivers, and more.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and leading a team of lumpers, operators, and warehouse staff. You must have a strong understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and productivity-based workflows. You will work closely with upper management and team leads to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily unloading operations and ensure production goals are met.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including lumpers, pickers, forklift operators, and reach truck drivers.

Train and mentor employees on proper techniques and company procedures.

Monitor MOD system performance and ensure accurate tracking of work.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Communicate with upper management regarding staffing, performance, and operational needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may impact workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong warehouse experience, preferably in unloading and container operations.

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing operational needs.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
