DeLuca's is looking for a

kind, reliable, outgoing, collaborative and customer-oriented

associate to be a full-time point-of-sale and stocking superstar on our team.

You MUST be able to arrive punctually by 8:25AM every morning.

You will:

Lead the opening setup of the store. Be stationed at the point-of-sale OR be on the floor, stocking and facing product Maintain a friendly, professional and engaged demeanor with our customers, callers and colleagues Greet, welcome , and offer help to customers as they enter and peruse the store or call on the phone Maintain the look of the store (sweeping, facing, tidying) Support other team members and managers as needed with projects Be self-directed regarding your day-to-day functions and seek out projects when slow Be a crucial element of the team!
Qualifications:

Demonstrated reliability and dependability in the workplace Naturally a people-person: you project positivity and friendliness to customers, team-members and vendors This is a customer service position - you MUST be able to maintain excellent customer service at all times when representing DeLuca's. Previous successful point-of-sale, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills Have great attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to lift and carry up to 40lb boxes, be on your feet for the whole shift Desire and ability to be productive the whole shift
