Firearm Inventory Control Associate - Full-Time | Lake Havasu City, Arizona

IRUNGUNS is an international company proudly headquartered in Lake Havasu City, Arizona for more than 15 years, with additional offices in Canada. From our headquarters, we operate a high-volume retail store, a full-service Class III/NFA dealership, and The VAULT Shooting Range -- the region's premier indoor shooting and training facility.

We are seeking a meticulous, process-driven professional with extensive firearms knowledge to join our team as a Firearm Inventory Control Associate. This is a critical compliance and logistics role that directly supports our retail, range, and international export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming firearms Perform serial number verification and accurate entry into multiple A&D Books (Acquisition & Disposition) Maintain 100% audit-ready documentation for ATF Prepare weekly and monthly reports, reconcile variances, and respond to ATF traces Manage shipping of firearms including preparation of export documentation Communicate professionally with customers in person, over the phone or via email Provide occasional support to retail and range operations during peak periods
Required Qualifications:

Comprehensive working knowledge of firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns, NFA items, parts interchangeability, and nomenclature) Ability to pass an enhanced ATF background check (clean criminal history required) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume data entry and regulatory paperwork Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Strongly Preferred Experience:

Prior military service (especially armorer, supply, or logistics MOS/rates) Previous FFL, distributor, law enforcement armory, or gun-store employment Hands-on experience with ATF eForms, electronic bound books, or FFL-specific inventory software Familiarity with U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR) and/or Canadian import requirements
Schedule & Compensation

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Starting pay depending on experience Generous employee discounts on firearms, ammunition, accessories, and range time Paid training and clear path for advancement
