Bayside Fire is aggressively seeking a seasoned Fire Suppression Service Sales (ITM) Representative at a competitive/generous rate.
Responsibilities:
Perform and produce accurate estimates.
Issue proposals in a timely manner and provide post bid status to management monthly.
Sell/Close inspection/deficiency fire suppression contracts to include review of contract scopes, price, exclusions, etc.
Maintain a minimum $1,500,000.00/year sales quota.
Increase market share in the DC/Baltimore Metro region.
Keep management fully informed in a timely fashion with regard to areas of concern on a project.
Maintain good relationships with company personnel involved with projects/agreements.
Submit any required information to clients as directed.
Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance to the ITM Manager can be provided.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of previous sales and/or project management experience with the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Previous experience in inspections, testing, and fire suppression system maintenance.
Call on new clients and expand current customer base.
This role is based in our Owings, MD office. The ability to work on-site is a requirement for this position.
