Job Summary

Fire Sprinkler Designer

to develop high-quality fire sprinkler system layouts for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. You'll work closely with our project managers, superintendents, and sales representatives to bring each project to life safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design fire sprinkler systems using

Revit

and

AutoSprink

or similar software. Review and interpret construction contract documents. Coordinate closely with General Contractors, sub-contractors, and owners to collect all design input. Create Fire Sprinkler Shop Drawings Create detailed stock lists for materials needed across all project phases. Perform

hydraulic calculations

for accurate system performance. Maintain historical project design records for reference and quality assurance. Assist with Engineering RFI Ensure smooth internal handoffs between departments. Stay compliant with

NFPA codes

and other applicable standards. Perform and Assist with Hydrant Flow Test
Submitting required construction documents to obtain permit.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Revit

and

AutoSprink

(or equivalent software). Strong understanding of

NFPA fire protection standards

. Experience reviewing and coordinating construction drawings. Skilled in hydraulic calculations and technical problem-solving. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. * Excellent communication and time management skills.
