Our Lexington, KY office is seeking a Fire Protection Professional who combines strong relationship-building with technical expertise. In this role you will proactively develop client relationships, craft tailored fire protection solutions, and guide projects from proposal through completion alongside a project team. Responsibilities

Developing relationships owners and General Contractors to increase out design build revenue Working with customers to define their needs and developing solutions that meet them. Reviewing construction project drawings, project schedules, and specifications Complete detailed take-off, estimate, and proposal based on construction documents Performing hazard analysis and value engineering tasks for design/build projects. Developing and maintaining an active proposal backlog that supports the established sales plan. Maintaining historical record of all sales and bidding documents/stats. Actively participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure project success Other duties as assigned and as the business needs adjust.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in design or fire sprinkler sales required NICET in Water Based Layout preferred Experience in commercial, residential, and industrial areas of the fire protection industry is preferred. Ability to work independently and with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to professionally communicate with all levels of leadership, customers, and employees. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when completing duties High school diploma or equivalent required
