Fire Protection Operations Manager

to lead our growing Fire Protection Department in Wichita Falls, Texas.


In this role, you will guide daily operations, support project teams, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. Your expertise in fire protection systems and team leadership will play a key role in strengthening our fire protection services and supporting our long-term growth.

What You'll Bring:

NICET III in Fire Alarms preferred NICET II in Special Hazards preferred NICET III in Inspections and Testing of Water Based Fire Sprinkler Systems preferred Extensive experience with fire protection systems

What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations for the Fire Protection Department Support, mentor, and develop project managers and technical staff Oversee inspection, repair, and service activities with a focus on safety and quality Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Oversee departmental planning, budgets, and performance Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
