Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused

Fire Chaser

to respond in real time to active fire scenes throughout our tri-county area. This is a fast-paced, field-based role where your goal is to introduce our services to homeowners in need and help secure restoration opportunities. If you're quick on your feet, driven to succeed, and passionate about helping others--this could be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor local fire alerts and dispatches using scanner apps and online resources Respond on-site to fire loss events and make first contact with affected property owners Represent Rainbow Restoration with empathy, professionalism, and a helpful attitude Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance-related processes Develop relationships with local fire departments, police, and first responders Coordinate with the office and mitigation team for inspections and services Accurately record leads, interactions, and job outcomes in CRM software

Qualifications:

Background in sales, restoration, public safety, or emergency services preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with high-pressure environments and working independently Must be available for evening, weekend, and on-call work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Strong knowledge of the Greater Cleveland area is a plus
