ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply desired finish to concrete panels as shown on approved range samples
Maintain consistent finish on panels over an extended period
Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance as required
Assist with patching of precast panels as required
Finish samples for approval as required
Perform inspections of equipment daily, to ensure it is maintained and in proper working condition
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High school or equivalent (GED) preferred
Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Experience working around sandblasting equipment
Experience working about acids associated with finishing concrete
Good oral communication skills required
Ability to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day

Sometimes exposed to dust
