Job Overview:

The

Finished Carpenter Lead

runs primarily residential remodel projects. The majority of what Accent does is Kitchens & Bathrooms. We also do some addition work, light commercial, basement fit ups, etc. The lead carpenter runs projects to include managing the licensed trade sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC). Accent has several lead carpenters. Pay is negotiated based on skill level, production, and customer satisfaction. Accent employs year round. Overtime is optional when offered. Accent offers vacation, retirement, holiday, and Aflac insurance.

Job Responsibilities and Accountability:

Process daily paperwork completely and timely Order supplies, trades, and support help Oversee the scope of work for the project & report to the production manager daily Participate in demolition, framing, finished carpentry Maintain clean job site Follow building codes, process inspections by municipalities

Pay: $24.37 - $29.35 per hour
