Key Responsibilities
Inspect and deburr machined parts
to meet internal and customer quality specifications
Use
hand tools, grinders, deburring wheels, sanders, and files
to finish components
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
to ensure accuracy and conformance
Visually inspect parts
for surface defects, sharp edges, and irregularities
Follow detailed instructions to complete work per established procedures
Maintain
clean and organized workspaces
, perform minor maintenance on tools
Collaborate with machine operators, inspectors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Accurately document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Ability to
read blueprints, technical drawings

process specifications
Familiarity with
measuring tools
(calipers, micrometers, etc.) is preferred
