Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our jewelry pieces. Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking inventory effectively. Provide knowledgeable insights about jewelry care, styles, and trends to enhance customer understanding. Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a jewelry or luxury goods setting. Familiarity with basic math and retail math concepts for accurate transaction processing. Experience with supervising team members is a plus, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members alike.
