About the Role

As a

Team Player

, you'll be our utility player -- supporting both

Front of House

and

Back of House

operations. No two days are the same: one day you might be pouring wine or bartending, the next you might be on prep or the line, or helping with dishes to keep service flowing. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love learning every aspect of restaurant life, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Work Front of the House or Back of the House as needed through the week Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality when working Front of House. Take on bartending shifts as needed. Support kitchen operations -- line, prep, plating, or dishwashing. Learning our extensive wine list and helping expand our Wine portfolio, including our club membership. Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Jump into any role as needed with a positive, team-first attitude. Uphold restaurant standards for service, safety, and quality.

What We're Looking For

Versatility and willingness to learn -- you enjoy wearing many hats! Previous experience in restaurants (FOH, BOH, or both). Bartending or wine knowledge is a plus (wine enthusiasts welcome!). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A calm, can-do attitude under pressure. Reliability and flexibility with scheduling.
