Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server / bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Server &/or Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining the beauty and organization of the restaurant & bar, and providing exceptional service in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

Learn all Food menus, Wine menus, and beverage offerings with proficiency Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit, performing a Fine Dining service upholding Forbs hospitality standards Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests Operate Toast point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately Collaborate with Management & BOH staff to promote and to ensure seamless services Stay updated on dining trends, new products, and menu offerings to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

Proficiency in mixing classic and our specialty cocktails in a high-volume environment Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or a cocktail bar Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations Familiarity with Toast POS point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
