Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare dining areas before guests are seated

Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, etc

Place silverware/tableware and condiments on tables

Serve water and welcome snacks, like bread/champagne

Refill beverages and take orders, as necessary

Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed

Clean and reset tables after guests leave

Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas

Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary

Check and maintain the cleanliness of guests' tables and bus stations

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol certification card

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Maintain and stock adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, etc

Uniforms should always be clean

Ensure that all the guest's tables are maintained to our standards at all times

Provide supplies to all servers/bartenders by stocking areas where and as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.62 per hour
