Job Description

SELECT Dining is seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team. We are looking for people that want solutions and will work for them and not someone that makes excuses for everything they don't do.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through face to face interaction and driving sales growth at the table by building relationships and through product knowledge. If you believe this is just order taking, this is not the job for you. Years in the industry will not prepare you for this job.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an experience the customer has never encountered through food and spirits.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of our food and spirits and identify potential sales opportunities with our customers at the table. Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and keeping the customer in first place. Anticipating what a customer wants through common ground with the customer. No one knows what they don't know so it will be your job to open up the customer's world to new experiences. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings while keeping product knowledge as the front runner in providing an experience no one else can offer.

Skills

Being detailed oriented through awareness of the customer's needs. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to building lasting relationships. This means accuracy of service as well. Close deals while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. Strong verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on selling techniques that creates a win/win for the customer. A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving sales initiatives through constant training and product knowledge of our food and spirits.

This is a full time position. We DO NOT hire part-time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
