JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibility for accounting functions: general ledger, financial statements, statistics, grant billings, and bank reconciliations. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock's Mission to the community.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and banking. Proficiency with financial software including QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Experience with financial modeling and analysis Proven ability to prepare detailed reports and financial forecasts Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical errors Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
